ABOUT US
I’ve liked watches for as long as I can remember. My dad always wore a Tag Heuer Link chronograph, and when I was about ten I picked out a black Wenger at Costco as my first watch. The real spark came later, working at a winery in Loudoun County where I kept noticing customers wearing nice pieces. I started asking questions, did some research, and bought a Seiko 5. From there, I was hooked.
I worked at a local watch store for a while, where I learned the basics in sales and customer service. Around that time, I started the DMV Watch Club, which showed me how strong the community here really is. Later, I joined Arlington Watch Works, where I moved from helping out with sales to becoming Sales Director, buying and selling daily and learning the technical side — how to spot fakes, handle repairs, and understand the details that make a watch special.
For me, watches aren’t tools. They’re art and craft, built to last and passed down through generations. But just as much, they’re about people. Collectors here in the DMV are often quieter than in other big cities, and I’ve loved bringing folks together through the watch club, friendships, and now this store.
I started Falk Watches to do things my way — simple, honest, and community-driven. No pushy sales, no ego. Just a place where anyone can stop by, talk watches, and feel comfortable. Whether you’re buying, selling, or just hanging out, I want you to know you’re welcome here.
