This Rolex Oyster Precision reference 6427 presents as a likely correct example. The case is stamped 6427 between the lugs, with a matching 6427 caseback dated III.67. Inside is the correct manually wound Rolex caliber 1225.
The watch is fitted to the correct Rolex 7205 riveted Oyster bracelet with 60 end links, and the clasp is dated 4/68. The approximately 1.79 million serial number also places the watch in this same late-1960s period, making the case, bracelet and dating appear consistent with one another.
Without original paperwork it is impossible to guarantee that every component has remained together since new, but all major reference numbers, components and date codes appear correct for the watch.

The 7205 riveted Oyster bracelet shows scratches, wear and some stretch consistent with age. As these bracelets must be bent open and closed when sized, there is visible wear to several rivets from having been sized multiple times. None of the rivets appear broken or fragile. The bracelet is currently fitted with 11 links, and two additional matching links are included.
